Principal Legal Director

About the Opportunity- Delivering high-quality legal advice, casework, and representation in complex and/or litigious matters
- Providing support in areas including DFSV, child protection, and family law
- Supervising and mentoring a team of solicitors, including onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development
- Leading outreach services within remote communities and designing community legal education workshops and resources
- Strengthening relationships with stakeholders in the legal and government sectors
- Contributing to strategy, compliance, risk, and reporting processes
The ideal candidate will be a leader who builds strong relationships, fosters trust, and creates clarity in changing situations. They lead by example, are dedicated to their team's growth, and handle challenges efficiently and fairly.
