Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response to our retail site in Mount Gravatt. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and providing necessary support
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logging
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

  • A current QLD Security Licence with a Crowd Controller component
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A highly professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team
