We are currently looking for Service Repair Technicians to join our growing team at the Milwaukee Service Centre in the City of Greater Dandenong.
The successful candidates will effectively diagnose and repair returned products in accordance with manufacturer's warranty and ACCC regulations to support best-in-class customer experience.
This is an opportunity to become a trained service technician working with market-leading brands if you have a technical/mechanical aptitude and mindset and enjoy repairing electronic or mechanical products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Dismantling and reassembling product to make a diagnosis
- Performing breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance and delivering quality repairs within a timely manner
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in power tool products and equipment
- Continuously improving the warranty and service processes looking for ways to streamline where possible
- Ensuring product is working according to specifications outlined by the manufacturer
- Providing support and feedback to service operations, compliance and quality departments
- Performing ad-hoc duties as requested by management
- Ensuring compliance with all WHS procedures and relevant acts
Requirements:
- A strong technical/mechanical aptitude and keen interest in repairing electrical products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to set KPI's and self-manage time
- Excellent personal presentation and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills
