Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Venue Manager.

This role is based at one of our venues and involves working closely with the Venue Manager to lead and motivate a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be proactive and solutions-focused, and have a passion for coaching and developing young teams.

About the Role
  • Support the Venue Manager in leading and motivating a dynamic team.
  • Deliver an unforgettable customer experience by ensuring seamless venue operations.
  • Oversee safety and compliance—managing procedures and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Drive business success by supporting key KPIs—including sales, customer experience, safety, labour, and COGS.
