Job Opportunity

We are seeking a medical receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to offer a friendly and welcoming experience to all customers who attend our premises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers to connect with our services directly or by referring them to the appropriate team member
  • Provide administrative support to the team and maintain confidentiality
  • Arrange and coordinate interpreting/translating services when required
  • Book and reschedule appointments for customers attending our premises in person
  • Collect and process payments and claims for services delivered

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion to deliver exceptional customer service engagement with all customers
  • An engaging warm personality with emotional intelligence and ability to quickly build rapport
  • Organised with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in urgent care, medical reception, Microsoft Office Suite, TRAKCare, Pracsoft, HICAPS, Medical Director is essential
