Frontline Urgent Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Urgent Care Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. As a vital member, you will be responsible for ensuring all patients presenting to the urgent care service are identified as appropriate, triaged promptly, and provided with frontline care in collaboration with the medical practitioner.
- Responsibilities include the triage of all patients who present to urgent care, conducting comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments, acting promptly on escalated patients, performing procedural work, demonstrating flexibility, and delivering high-quality person-centered care.
About You:
- AHPRA registration is essential, with a strong preference for previous experience in emergency departments, remote nursing, or ICU. A minimum of 3 years' experience in acute care settings is also desirable.
- Must be available evenings and weekends, with the ability to provide a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Prior experience in triage, strong communication skills, critical thinking, autonomy, and delegation are highly valued.
