Expert Gas Drainage Specialist

Gas drainage specialists work with our team to ensure safe and efficient mine operation. To succeed in this role, you will need extensive gas drainage expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing gas drainage networks
- Planning, scheduling, and securing operational approvals
- Managing contractors undertaking gas drainage tasks and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Day-to-day management of the underground gas drainage process
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in underground mining (essential)
- Underground gas drainage and surface gas drainage plant experience (essential)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
