Technical Support Specialist

This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in relation to our private cloud solutions and managed services.

Daily tasks will involve engaging directly with end-users to provide technical assistance in primarily Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix-based systems.

The client-facing nature of this position requires outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work hands-on when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a genuine focus on customer satisfaction and demonstrated experience working in comparable roles.

They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, minimum 1-2 years' experience supporting Microsoft technologies, and excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days onsite and 3 days working remotely, offering a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients in relation to our private cloud solutions and managed services
  • Engage directly with end-users to deliver technical assistance in primarily Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix-based systems
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Genuine customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrated experience working in comparable roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience supporting Microsoft technologies
