About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant at our Footscray Residential Aged Care Facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality food and beverage services to our residents, ensuring their individual nutritional requirements and preferences are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe provision of quality food and beverages, presentation of dining areas, and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area;
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to resident needs and preferences;
  • Ensure accurate identification and delivery of meals to residents;
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional manner;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance;
  • Food Handling Certificate;
  • Fluency in Vietnamese and/or Chinese language skills advantageous but not essential;
