About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' operations are fully prepared for safe and efficient start-up and ongoing production. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of safety and environmental regulations, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and managing cross-functional teams to optimize operational performance and achieve project goals
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Providing technical support during commissioning and start-up phases of projects, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues
  • Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential operational risks, developing effective mitigation strategies
  • Training and developing operations personnel to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in operations readiness within the Energy sector
  • Strong knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools
