Insurance Risk Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our insurance risk team. As the Head of Insurance Risk, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing the insurance risk environment across the Australian financial system.

  • Lead a team of insurance risk specialists to deliver strategic outcomes and achieve business objectives.
  • Set the direction and business plan for the insurance risk team, aligned with our corporate strategy.
  • Maintain situational awareness of emerging trends and vulnerabilities in the insurance risk environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive prudential risk management strategies.

About You:

  • You possess deep expertise in insurance risk management, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • You have strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
  • You can analyze complex information, identify key issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain a Baseline Security clearance.
