Property Portfolio Manager Role

The key role of a Property Portfolio Manager is focused on managing property assets and delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

This position requires strong administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing a property portfolio, including leasing, licencing, lease administration, rent reviews, and property management.
  • Delivering high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attending to other lease and property matters, with a focus on maximising returns and minimising risk.
