Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and motivate the team to ensure the warehouse is appropriately stocked and resources are used efficiently.
  2. Lead and develop team members by setting clear expectations and goals.
  3. Evaluate and enhance customer service standards to internal stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate deliveries with carriers and adhere to schedules and deadlines for efficient warehouse operation.
  5. Maintain stores efficiently and optimize Inventory levels to meet organisational and maintenance targets.
  6. Manage store inventory and coordinate periodic stock takes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills within a Warehouse Supervisor role.
  • A valid High Risk Forklift Licence is required.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
  • Prioritising and problem-solving are essential.
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is vital.
  • Familiarity with the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act and Regulations.
