We are seeking a diligent and skilled leader for our dispatch team.

This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

In this busy role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, using your efficiency, organisational, and multitasking abilities to ensure on-time, accurate delivery of a variety of furniture to a wide range of customers.

Some of the daily tasks you will be responsible for include:

  • Liaising with our dispatch team and store management to maintain efficient and effective quality control of warehouse stock and delivery operations.
  • Supervising dispatch assembly and delivery staff, including mentoring and training new team members, and managing larger installation projects.
  • Working hands-on within the team, including receipting, staging, and loading stock.
  • Assembling office furniture such as task chairs, desks, and storage units in the warehouse and on-site if required.
  • Dispatching orders to external freight providers.

  • Ability to assemble furniture both on-site and in the warehouse
