Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the recovery and rehabilitation of individuals who have experienced injury, illness, or disability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop personalized rehabilitation plans that support a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments
- Utilize problem-solving skills, clinical experience, and knowledge of injury management to identify potential return-to-work pathways and facilitate the return to work of claimants
- Collaborate with clients, their families, insurance companies, employers, and other healthcare professionals to evaluate physical, psychological, and social factors
- Present case information to stakeholders and provide credible recommendations to drive desired outcomes
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license and car
