Job Description:

To carry out daily tasks delegated by the management team while delivering great customer service to drive profitable sales.

These tasks include the processing and flow of merchandise, markdown execution, maintenance and service including the fitting rooms and point-of-sale registers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the TJX Cultural Factors
  • Understand, appreciate and articulate the off-price model
  • Maintain the Store floor, ensuring it is neat, clean and organized
  • Drive profitable sales
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service at the point of sales and operate registers
  • Process and flow of merchandise
  • Execute the merchandise protection standards
  • Support gift card sales and strategies
  • Ability to demonstrate the understanding of Store Best Methods and carry out the related tasks
  • Support charity initiatives
  • Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Adhere to the TJX Global Code of Conduct
