As a Department Manager/Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, sales, and inventory management within your specialist area.

You will work closely with fellow Coordinators in departments such as Service, Inside the Home, Builders, and Lifestyles & Garden, reporting directly to your Operations and Complex Manager.

Your team of 20+ members will provide efficient service to our customers.

Your role drives Service and Operations within your department by:

  • Training and developing your team
  • Providing Best Experience to our customers
  • Showcasing our Widest Range and Best Prices

You will monitor and measure customer service levels, liaise with Merchandising, Store Leadership, and H&S teams while developing strong relationships with suppliers.

This Coordinator role offers flexibility due to an experienced leadership team ready to step into new areas, with future opportunities considered in the region.
