About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our Promotions and Merchandise team as an Administrative Assistant. This role is responsible for managing and executing promotional strategies and merchandise initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting and project support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the National Promotions Manager, including managing project trackers and deadlines.
  • Execute promotions, including creating and maintaining master spreadsheets, price and stock checks, and post-promotional stock tracking.
  • Develop and maintain promotions reports, including EDM and catalogue campaigns, price and stock reports, and competitor logs.
  • Maintain the Collated Buys Master spreadsheet and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Manage and schedule promotions deadlines, liaising with internal stakeholders to set and maintain deadlines.
  • Brief the merchandise team on upcoming promotions and provide necessary information.
  • Act as a conduit between the Merchandise and Marketing teams, bringing information and ideas together from multiple sources and stakeholders.
  • Review and annotate campaign assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversee weekly communications sent to stores via SharePoint.
  • Complete reporting and assist with general department duties.
Requirements
  • Established individual with an eye for detail and ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
