Drive Business Development and Communications

About the Role:

The Communications Manager plays a critical role in driving key messages, delivering high-quality pitch materials, and facilitating strategy sessions across the organisation.

 

  • Implement a company-wide pitch process to drive key messages and deliver high-quality pitch deliverables.
  • Facilitate strategy sessions, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive key messages to deliver high-quality pitch deliverables.
  • Lead the implementation of the company-wide pitch process.
  • Participate in company-wide projects that build pursuit capabilities and support the brand.
  • Coach the business to drive best practice proposal content, deliver high-quality pitch documents, and high-impact presentations.
  • Articulate, brief, and coach designers to elevate key themes/messages through compelling visual storytelling.
  • Coach senior leaders on how to drive business development principles to optimise sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deliver compelling sales documents on company-wide pursuits.
  • Utilise and encourage the use of Salesforce to manage client data.
