Job Opportunity:

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic primary and secondary teachers with the capacity to develop and deliver rigorous and engaging EALD blended learning programs suited to the online distance education context.

This includes online teaching and occasional visits to the students and schools. Applicants will ideally contribute to the development and delivery of inclusive, culturally and linguistically responsive teaching programs, and be required to work closely with staff in partner schools, students, families, local communities, and other stakeholders.

Your role would involve providing advice and guidance to school leaders and teachers at regional schools regarding goal setting, pathway planning, and making consistent judgements with the EALD Progress Map.

For this role, you will ideally have a relevant EALD qualification and recent classroom experience in an EALD setting. High-level communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build mutually respectful, collaborative relationships with students, their parents, and teachers are foundational skills required for this role.
