This Customer Service Representative role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team in Seven Hills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experience with order processing.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Customer Service Representative to take inbound calls from customers, process orders through Pronto and ForthShift, and work closely with the sales team. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing shipping documents, liaising with purchasing & logistics teams on stock availability, and processing warranty claims.

The Ideal Candidate:

To secure this opportunity, the ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar customer service role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work proactively and reactively. They will also possess solid computer skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with customers and is looking for a temp to perm arrangement with a hybrid working schedule.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a hybrid working arrangement, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team environment.

Location:

This role is based in Seven Hills, close to public transportation links, making it easy to get to work.
