Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services to clients across various settings.

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored therapy plans that cater to individual needs and goals.

  • Manage a varied caseload, encompassing paediatrics, NDIS participants, and aged care clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care and support.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports, assessments, and therapy updates to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support clients in achieving their goals related to daily living, mobility, and community participation.
  • Stay updated with best practices through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Holds current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Can work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Is committed to professional growth and continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Possesses excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Is adaptable and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
