Job Title: Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the operations, assets and capital works program at a major cultural precinct in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will drive strategy, manage property and tenancies, and ensure the precinct delivers outstanding cultural, commercial and community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations, assets and capital works program; drive strategy, manage property and tenancies, and ensure precinct delivers outstanding cultural, commercial and community outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience with expertise in operations, property or asset management. Tertiary qualifications in business, project or facilities management are highly regarded, with postgraduate studies a plus.
