About Our Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Project and Program Delivery team in Melbourne, focusing on social infrastructure projects within the Health and Education sectors.

Job Description

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will work closely with clients to support their strategic infrastructure investments by scoping and delivering major complex projects. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing integrated project management, PMO, project controls, and project delivery services across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop, assess, and manage key project elements such as cost, risk, planning, scheduling, and budgets.
  • Review and lead programs of work, identify and manage risks, support project procurement, understand approvals, and provide project updates to stakeholders.
Your Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a project delivery environment, preferably with recent health project experiences.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in setting up and monitoring project schedules, costs estimates, resources, and finances systems and processes across all stages of a project lifecycle.
  • An understanding or experience of delivery risk from an owner's team perspective.
  • Experience using industry planning, cost, and project management software systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including retail discounts, health and wellbeing initiatives, learning and growth opportunities, and more.
