Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Officer (ASO) to provide high-quality administrative services to our surgical units. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing appointment diaries, providing reception duties, and maintaining confidentiality in dealing with sensitive and personal details.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. They will also have a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
