Acute Surgical Unit and Trauma Fellow

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network is committed to delivering exceptional clinical services. We seek a skilled professional to join our team as an Acute Surgical Unit and Trauma Fellow.

This role involves devolving decision-making authority to patient care providers, encouraging innovation in service delivery, and fostering collaboration among staff for enhanced service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with acute surgical conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and planning processes to improve service delivery.
  • Develop skills in trauma management and surgical oncology.

Requirements:

  • Hold an MBBS or equivalent degree registerable with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Possess a current National Police Clearance (NPC) and Working with Children Check.
  • Meet immunisation screening requirements indicated in the role description.
