Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-classification team undertaking testing and working as a productive member of an integrated Agile team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing, planning and directing testing activities to ensure project deliverables meet the required business outcome.
- Providing advice and direction on efficient approaches to testing that streamline software delivery and integration processes.
- Designing, writing and running integration scripts to assess outcomes and document faults and failures in a clear and concise manner.
- Working with development teams to produce effective testing solutions that enhance software delivery workflows.
- Designing test cases and test scripts to ensure quality of software is understood before being exposed in production environments.
- Documenting technical processes and reporting risks and faults in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Supporting and fostering productive working relationships by working cohesively and flexibly with the developer team, the broader program team, key business partners and stakeholder groups.
- Identifying and reporting on any blockages that may affect the schedule of work.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Highly developed leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage a multi-classification team.
