We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales professional to join our team in the position of a Customer Support Representative for our region.

This role will have you selling market-leading products and services across the range of Hitachi and Bell products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain successful working relationships with customers
  • Visit customer sites and conduct machine inspections to determine suitable rectification to customer issues
  • Promote the Hitachi range of parts and services to achieve budgeted sales targets
  • Identify areas for business growth and develop suitable strategies to generate grow parts and service sales
  • Accurate and timely reporting of key customer information
  • Ensure that all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders are conducted professionally and all requests followed up as required

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated service sales or parts interpreting experience within the mining, construction, or earthmoving industry will be advantageous
  • Genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Motivated and ambitious commitment to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strategic and analytical capability to assess value, including the use of CRM
  • Confident, courteous, and professional communication and presentation skills

  • A current driver's license
