Job Summary

Lead and optimize plant, equipment, and fleet services across maintenance and operations to deliver exceptional service delivery, evaluation, and improvement.



Key Responsibilities
  • Introduce, deliver, and continuously improve depot and fleet services to meet operational, financial, and regulatory requirements.
  • Optimize plant and fleet allocation and maintenance to support workplan delivery.
  • Provide expert input into business cases for fleet and equipment procurement.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and supply chain partners to align services with business needs.
  • Champion safety, wellness, and change management across the team.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in depot resource coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards.


Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership in plant and fleet management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in logistics environments and writing business cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams.
  • Expertise in shared services and business administration.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Medium Rigid Driver Licence (desirable).
