We are seeking an expert Plant and Equipment Appraiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting valuations of plant and equipment assets across various industries.

With your extensive knowledge and experience in the field, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored valuation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough valuations of plant and equipment assets for a range of purposes
  • Work on multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
  • Travel domestically and internationally to meet client commitments
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide exceptional service
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on developing and refining project approaches, methodologies, and tools to support valuation initiatives
Requirements:
  • Hold AAPI, ASA, or RICS qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in performing plant and equipment valuations
  • Experience working across multiple industries, including manufacturing, power generation, oil & gas, and food processing
  • Familiarity with insurance and/or financial reporting valuations is highly regarded
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and adaptability
  • Proficient in Excel and possess excellent communication skills
  • Logical, methodical, and analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to travel nationally
