Asset Valuer Position

Role Overview:

The Asset Valuer will undertake valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets across the Pacific Region for financial reporting and insurance purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply valuation knowledge to various types of assets
  • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally for client commitments
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management
  • Provide expert advice to clients on project approaches, methodology, and tools
  • Show excellent organisational skills
  • Develop strategies to expand business relationships and grow the portfolio

Requirements:

  • Australian Property Institute (API) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) qualification
  • 5+ years' experience in performing plant and equipment valuations
  • Valuations experience across multiple industries
  • Insurance and/or financial reporting valuations experience looked upon favourably
  • Growth mindset
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
