Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Fund Services Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with our accounting, tax, and audit teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Work closely with our accounting, tax, and audit teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in accounting, tax, or audit, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the funds industry, specifically alternative investment funds, is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is a requirement.
