We are seeking a Casual/On Call Worker to provide coverage in the Sandy Bay office. This role requires flexibility and availability to come in on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing on-call coverage after regular office hours and weekends
  • Assisting with tasks and responsibilities as required
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities
  • Traveling when required

Requirements include:

  • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education
  • Certificate of Social Work or equivalent training and/or experience in the Child & Family Services area or related field
  • Maturity and Stability
  • Commitment to protecting children
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and public speaking skills
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of the Cree culture, language, political, and social objectives of Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation
