Seeking a seasoned executive to lead national communications, engagement and education functions for the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

This critical role will shape strategies that build awareness of NDIS participant rights, strengthen provider capability and enhance our reputation as a trusted regulator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute national communications plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee educational resources explaining NDIS Code of Conduct obligations.
  • Build collaborative relationships with government agencies, disability sector stakeholders and consumers.
  • Ensure inclusive and accessible communications practices.
  • Identify and deliver new digital opportunities to strengthen engagement approaches.
About You
  • Senior executive experience in communications, engagement and/or education, ideally in a regulatory or human rights context.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic influence and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to disability rights and inclusive practice.
