About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the rapidly growing Data Centre industry as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer service outcomes and the fulfillment of customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to achieve performance objectives and enhance processes.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service through proactive outbound support and onboarding.
  • Ensure customer solutions are delivering the best value for our clients.
  • Assist in the provisioning, delivery, and management of CDC solutions.
  • Remove roadblocks for customers to make it easy to do business with CDC.
  • Perform workflow system and administrative updates.
  • Capture customer information and detail various touch points in the customer journey.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in Client Service/Success or a related field.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project toolsets, and/or CRM tools.

**Essential:**

Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
