About Our Team
We are a dynamic group of professionals dedicated to supporting the health, safety and wellbeing responsibilities within our organisation. Our mission is to provide a safe and healthy place of work for all employees.
This role will assist with the effective delivery of our health, safety and wellbeing strategy across all business units, engaging with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing performance and outcomes. Key responsibilities include delivering health, safety and wellbeing projects and initiatives, providing professional advice and strategic direction, developing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, undertaking risk and research projects, and managing consultative arrangements.
What We Are Looking For
- A formal tertiary qualification in a health and safety or related field
- Exceptional customer management skills with the ability to manage external stakeholders at various levels
- An agile mindset to balance competing priorities and various work streams
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience in a health and safety role, ideally from a similar sector
