Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments to identify barriers and develop personalized intervention programs.
- Design and implement evidence-based intervention programs to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
- Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
Requirements
- Australian recognized degree qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA accreditation.
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service and a willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives.
- Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
