About the Role

You will be responsible for driving sales of our lab solutions, part of the Australia & New Zealand team, based in Sydney, and report to the Country Manager ANZ. Key areas of focus include:

  1. Commercial management of 3Shape lab solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
  2. Execution of sales strategies aligned with global and local business expectations.
  3. Establishing strong relationships with labs, conducting site visits to understand their digital setup, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our lab solutions.
  4. Bringing our comprehensive digital solution to labs in Australia and New Zealand, encompassing scanners, Dental System CAD software, 3Shape Lab Management System (LMS), and Design Services.
  5. Developing product specialisation across our lab solutions portfolio.
  6. Driving focus on digitising the prosthetist segment for Dental System and lab scanner sales.
  7. Creating a detailed market segmentation and mapping for the Australian and New Zealand lab market.
  8. Collaborating effectively with local and global colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  9. Organising webinars on new developments within our lab solutions, aligning with company product releases and focus areas within the lab sector.
