**Staff Accountant Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our organization.

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is the nation's number one distributed retail mortgage lender with over 7,000 employees operating across all 50 states. Our company has been recognized for its exceptional culture and employee engagement.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Accounting Manager and other members of the finance team to ensure accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain general ledger by recording transactions and preparing journal entries.
  • Perform general ledger and account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Coordinate organizational data to provide financial results.
  • Complete general financial reporting and prepare supporting schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an accountant.
  • Reconciliation account analysis experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial controls.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
