Job Opportunity: Learning Experience Developer
">We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Developer to join our team. As a Learning Experience Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with academics to establish clear vision and expectations for course development processes">
- Assessing course materials and providing feedback for improvement based on learning design principles, user-centered design methods, and accessibility standards">
- Quickly learning and translating complex content into quality learning experiences for students and suggesting learning technologies appropriate for content">
- Organizing and formatting online course materials to align with the functionality and features of the LMS">
- Holding oneself and academics accountable for timely delivery and high standards of academic integrity and energetically driving projects forward to successful completion">
- Managing multiple projects with timely delivery and maintaining excellent written and oral communication skills">
Required qualifications include:
">A bachelor's degree qualification and experience in curriculum development and working knowledge of learning design principles.
">Technical skills including a basic understanding of HTML, Canvas, and Moodle. H5P skills are desirable.
">Well-honed client management skills with the ability to guide, inspire, and build rapport with academics.
">Work collaboratively, flexibly, and virtually with academics and colleagues on production of online courses and other deliverables.
">Excellence in written and oral communication is essential.
