We are seeking a store leader to lead our Melbourne Central team. No optical experience is required - we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident in providing customers with an exceptional experience.

 

As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting, coaching, and motivating your team to meet and exceed targets
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training
  • Managing retail operations, including stock control, store policies and procedures, staff scheduling, and tracking sales performance
  • Delivering memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge
  • Creating an engaging and positive working environment
  • Recruiting, leading, and inspiring your team to succeed in store
