Senior Lending Coach

We are seeking an experienced professional to support management in coaching and training lenders to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in the lending environment, with experience and commitment to driving excellence and quality outcomes. They will also possess advanced knowledge of home loan processes and systems, as well as exceptional planning and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train lenders to enhance knowledge, capability, and compliance, ensuring improved performance and achievement of key business outcomes.
- Contribute to training design and content and implement training initiatives aligned with new projects and business strategies.
- Stay abreast of business changes and new products, processes, and systems.
- Adhere to approved training programmes to maintain compliant and uniform standards.
