About the Role
We are seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Private Business and Family Advisory Division in our Perth CBD office. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with our Partners, Directors, and other professionals to provide taxation, financial, and business advisory services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and accurate results to support our clients' businesses. You will also be expected to mentor and support junior staff members.
The role will involve a mix of compliance and advisory engagements, including:
- Detailed analysis of complex advisory engagements
- Providing practical and commercially appropriate solutions to clients
- Managing a compliance portfolio of clients
- Building and developing relationships with clients and staff
- Coaching and guiding junior staff members
- Identifying and assisting in business development opportunities
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- Technical strength in Australian tax and a desire to undertake further tax specialist studies
- Rigour and depth of analysis for complex advisory engagements
- Ability to find practical and commercially appropriate solutions
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior staff members
- A Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- CA/CPA Qualification
- At least 7 years of Australian experience in a public practice
- Experience in managing, reviewing, and mentoring staff
