About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Facilities and Maintenance to oversee our new builds and maintenance operations for our existing store network in Western Australia. This role requires a strong focus on project coordination, general maintenance, and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with developers to manage the delivery of new store builds, ensuring timely completion within agreed programme and budget parameters.
  • Facilitate strong relationships with local builders, developers, and contractors to drive project success.
  • Ensure construction projects meet Starbucks design documentation, brand standards, and operational requirements.

Contract Management:

  • Manage capital budgets, value engineering, variations, and contract administration to ensure project deliverables.
  • Identify, review, and develop contractors to meet our complex program of works.

Facilities Management:

  • Support the existing store network in Western Australia with day-to-day operations of reactive asset maintenance requests.
  • Provide hands-on general maintenance and handyman tasks and repairs across sites within the region.

Requirements:

  • Preferably Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline, such as Project Management or Construction.
  • 3+ years post-tertiary experience in a related/similar role, including experience managing retail construction projects, preferably within QSR or hospitality environment.
  • Substantial knowledge of building practice, estimating, tendering, and contracts.
  • Ability to perform hands-on general maintenance and handyman tasks and repairs.
  • Trade background highly regarded.
  • Full Australian Driver's License.
