We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead our construction projects in Western Australia.

Job Description

This role will involve project managing new store builds, maintenance of existing stores, and collaborating with local builders and contractors. The successful candidate will have strong architectural and construction knowledge, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to perform hands-on general maintenance tasks.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in related discipline – Project Management or Construction.
  • 3+ years post-tertiary experience in related/similar role including experience managing retail construction projects, preferably within QSR or hospitality environment
  • Substantial knowledge of building practice, estimating, tendering and contracts.
  • Ability to perform, hands-on general maintenance and 'handyman' tasks and repairs.
  • Trade background highly regarded
  • Full Australian Driver's License
