Our team is looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Insurance Service Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience handling commercial insurance risks, possess a strong understanding of business dynamics, and have established insurer networks.

The successful candidate will work closely with client managers and directors to ensure exceptional service delivery, drawing on specialist teams and resources. Key responsibilities include liaising with client managers to understand client needs and formulate service plans, identifying opportunities for improving client risk and insurance programmes, recommending changes as needed, negotiating new business terms, renewal terms, and cover extensions with insurers, preparing comprehensive marketing presentations and renewal reports, developing effective working relationships with Insurers and clients, providing ongoing communication with clients and ensuring Client Managers are informed of developments, complying with regulatory standards and working in accordance with our Risk Management Framework, identifying and introducing our products and services to meet client needs, and mentoring less experienced Insurance Service Advisors.
