Job Opportunity

We are seeking passionate individuals to work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensuring their safety and well-being is prioritised.

This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team, building positive professional relationships with both residents and team members. You will be skilled in assessing care plans, ensuring clients' needs are met, and delivering services in a timely and safe manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to commit to training and buddy shift requirements, and have a willingness to uphold the mission, vision and values of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess care plans and ensure clients' needs are met
  • Deliver services including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest in a timely and safe manner
  • Maintain clients' rooms and the facility to an appropriate standard
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in an aged care or hospital environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to commit to training and buddy shift requirements
