Home Support Care Worker Position

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Home Support Care Worker to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Western Australia. The successful candidate will be required to work on a casual basis, delivering comprehensive care and assistance to individuals with dementia, personal care, transport services, and social support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients with dementia, personal care, transport services, and social support.
  • Delivering comprehensive care and assistance to clients, including medication management, meal preparation, and household maintenance.
  • Transporting clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support, or Nursing.
  • First Aid certification (HLTAID011).
  • NDIS Worker Screening ID.
  • Covid-19 vaccination with booster.
  • Fluency in the Chinese language.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Comprehensive car insurance.
  • N.S.W full driver licence.
  • Car registration (for transport services).
