**Clinical Documentation Officer Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to lead clinical documentation quality and data integrity initiatives within our healthcare system. This role supports accurate and timely health information management through expert knowledge of electronic medical records, health information systems, and clinical data standards, contributing to patient safety, operational efficiency, and funding accuracy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and deliver documentation resources, audits, and education to improve accuracy and timeliness of clinical data.
Manage monthly data collections, validation processes, and mandatory reporting.
