Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Showcase knowledge of various beverages and wine, making recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Work effectively on your feet for long periods, performing moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg
  • Maintain accurate records and follow responsible serving practices to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • Knowledge of various beverages and wine
  • The ability to work on your feet for long periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting up to 17kg
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
